The Salamander Resort in Middleburg, VA has plans to sell 49 "Estate Homes". The homes will begin selling in 2015 in phases of 10 to 12 with delivery sometime in 2016. All home will back to a 200 acre conservation preserve. There is also a plan to sell Village Homes closer to downtown Middleburg but a date has not been set when those homes will go on sale.
