According to NerdWallet.com, a popular financial website, Leesburg is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state, which doesn't surprise me since I am selling lots of homes in the Leesburg area of Loudoun County! And lots of new construction homes as well like River Pointe Estates, Selma Estates, Village Green, Shenstone Reserve, and others. 

The report says Leesburg is the 14th fastest growing city in Virginia out of all 42 cities, towns and census-designated places.
