The Board of Supervisors has found a way to pay for the construction of a small segment of Russell Branch Parkway, which has long stood as a barrier to completing the road from Loudoun County Parkway to Ashburn Road.

Last week, supervisors amended a proffer to permit B.F. Saul, to make a $925,000 cash contribution to help extend Russell Branch from Ashburn Village Boulevard to Ashburn Road.
