Trump National Golf Club in Potomac Falls, VA (Sterling, VA) is hosting the 38^th Annual Junior PGA Championship July 29, 2013 – August 2, 2013. ADMISSION is FREE and the public is invited and encouraged to come out and watch the PGA super stars of tomorrow play. The tournament is for boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 18 and they will be playing a very tough course that is much longer than one might expect. The course has been created using holes from both of the golf courses and is almost 7,000 yards long for the boys! For anyone who knows golf, that is a long course. The average course length for men on most public golf courses is between 6,000 and 6,500 yards for better golfers.

Donald Trump came out in support of the tournament today. Hosting this PGA event is one of the first steps required before graduating to host a regular PGA event. This is a great achievement for Donald, one in which he has been working very hard to get since buying the club.
